RETURN POLICY

At Evelogy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and wish to return an item, please follow our return guidelines:

Initiating a Return:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Eligibility:

  • Only items purchased directly from Evelogy will be accepted for return. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic foiling will not be accepted.
  • Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased through retailers, incorrect products, and products damaged due to customer mishandling are non-returnable.
  • Returns made without a receipt may be refused.
  • Evelogy reserves the right to deny any return.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items:

  • Contact our Customer Support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos of the faulty product.
  • In some cases, a video or photo of the defective product may be required for proof.

Returns Process:

  • Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
  • Full refunds will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.

Refund Timeline:

  • All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days.
  • Contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you haven't received a credit, contact your bank/credit card company.

Order Modification or Cancellation:

  • Contact us promptly if you need to modify or cancel your order.
  • Provide your order number and the requested modification.
  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
